  The reception Staff were very polite and friendly, as were the staff in the restaurant too. Incidentally the Breakfast was also very nice with a wide selection too. The standard room was small but clean and very modern.   On arrival the staff at reception were very attentive, professional and were even nice enough to give me a room with balcony. Although the room was small & cosy but it was very well prepared and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and it was really nice to have had a few sunny days so we can make use of the balcony.   Good central location, easy to walk to all attractions from the hotel. The rooms were basic and small but clean and the bed was comfortable. For the price in Oslo it was excellent value for money. WIFI was fast.
