Superb! Everything we needed was there. All modern and clean. Plus extra
lovely touches such as biscuits to have with our tea/coffee;
swimming towels as well as bath towels; the best hairdryer I've ever
used! Parking spaces outside the rooms. There are 2 spas but we chose to
use the outdoor pool which was very warm, we swam at night under the

Was surprised that they had a guess at my name on check in and got it
right. I thought that was great. Took the time out to direct me to my
room as well as showing me where to park as I had a longer vehicle that
would interfere with vehicle access. The room was warm on arrival and
the the spa pool was ready on arrival...and warm. I liked the way that
when you open the ranch slider, the curtains opened and closed with the
door. Breakfast was just right and to me the price didn't worry me.

We had a great holiday...just perfect. We loved the pool, hot pools and patio spa bath. The trout stream and playground were also great for our wee boy. Location was handy for attractions on the outskirts (we could walk to luge and rainbow springs), although this meant a short drive into town. The apartment was fresh and clean. -

The location is perfect for Mitai Maori, Rainbow Springs & Skyline/Luge and does NOT smell of suphur like most of Rotorua! Between the wonderful and unique playground and grounds, the animals, and a plentiful supply of other children to play with from fellow vacationing families, we barely saw our children while at the lodge. Very peaceful and relaxing - would definitely come again and will recommend it to other families. -

Very well presented. The management very friendly and gave us free milk on 2 days as we were at a Choral Festival and could not go shopping to get the groceries on the 2nd day. I was picked up from airport by owner she was very helpful to me as i was a women travelling on my own ..took time out of her day to drive me to places that didnt have shuttle services .. Nothing was any trouble to them very helpful in information on what to see and do.Very friendly staff .Room cleaned everyday ..
