The managers, Ross and Annie, are very helpful and friendly. They create a wonderful atmosphere.
They have a big jacuzzi bathtub that was fabulous after a long day of Black Water Rafting. They have a library of DVD's that they loan out on the honor system. They also have tennis courts and a small miniature golf for the kids. We loved our stay!

Beautifully decorated and furnished house in a lovely location - views looking out towards the lake and over their super gardens. Our room was just lovely, with lots of little thoughtful touches. Breakfast was delicious. Excellent service from the staff there, all very helpful and courteous. All in all, a fab place to stay! -

We stayed there from December 6 till December 9. They were prompt with cleaning our room, all our requests were met. A very polite, knowledgeable and efficient staff, eager to explain and advise on the excursions/tours. Absolutely superb clean white bed linen and towels! We stayed in a spacious two room apartment. This was our first visit and found top class service of a five star + large hotel standard but with the personal touch , very friendly, helpful staff. The whole hotel was clean and tidy and maintained to a very high standard, we felt personally taken care of as opposed to "just another guest". Excellent food and waiter service. Would certainly stay again and is highly recommended.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with good facilities in the small kitchenette. Bathroom was large with a huge spa bath that was a joy to soak in. Allan and Shirley were wonderful hosts - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very tasty and delivered to the door with a smile every morning. Easily our most enjoyable stay in 2 weeks around New Zealand. Would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend this accommodation to anybody.
