that we booked another night. There was a lady and gentleman temporally
looking after the motel and they where so helpful on the local area and
where so welcoming. The rooms are spotless and have all that you need

We stayed in the cottage. Two bedrooms and there were also 3 single beds
in the lounge. Huge lounge and dining room. Huge place to stay in. New
kitchen and bathroom. 2 toilets - very handy to have 2. Washing machine
and dryer available, plenty of heating in the cottage and we could also
dry our clothes on them. Very clean and crisp summer sheets. Electric
blankets would have been nice to have too as the sheets were a bit cold

Motel room was warm & comfy. Arrived a little late & had pre booked a cultural tour. Desk staff phoned tour to confirm we were ready for collection. Great nights sleep. Next day gave us great advise on tourist attractions & easiest way to get there. Breakfast in communal room was perfect with time to peruse brochures & get thoughts together for a full day of sight seeing. Would highly recommend

Our studio was a gem! The owner clearly takes pride in the beautiful design and maintenance of these rooms. You feel good about your decision the moment you walk in. The studios are well equipped for cooking, and ours even had a balcony with table and chairs for dining and enjoying the sunset. It's a perfect stay that deserves the good ratings that others have provided before us.

Comfortable, clean, Free Wifi (So important!) Since we travelling as a group it was nice to be able to have two rooms together so we could hang out in the lounge together.
Staff are very friendly and so helpful with telling us where to go and what to see.
Had I known better I would have stayed here (Rotorua) longer! -

The management at the front desk was amazing !! I came to the hotel under not so good circumstances. Needing to stay in Rotorua at short notice because of a loved one in hospital . I booked online but was very tired and the man at the front desk let me and my sister check in early as we we're very tired . I genuinely felt he understood our situat

Loved the deal we got, a studio plus a standard. Loved that the pool was
heated, had mini golf tennis and spa's even though the spa's
were closed had lots of options for all ages. Very very clean rooms. We
also had the option of having another teenager stay for minimum cost.
Excellent place to stay.
