  really perfect location if you have congress at RAI congress center. There is 20 minutes walking distance from RAI, about 40 minutes nice walking along river Amstel to very center of Amsterdam. We went to Amsterdam for my husbands birthday and andreas's (the owner's) girlfriend baked us a delicious cake which was delivered at the apartment in the morning..was a lovely surprise for my husband!   We loved everything! Except the stairs. Our room was up 5 floors of steep stairs but if you can get over that... The rest was awesome! Extremely clean, very large, very well equipped, great bathroom, large kitchen area, special comfy beds and very modern.   We stayed in the basic room. Though very small, it was very well equiped, nothing was missing, from hair dryer to coffee facilities. The view was very nice, right on the Amstel river, giving you the sensation you were actually floating. The host also provided a ton of detailed directions for us before our arrival. They were also very responsive to our emails and texts.
