  We stayed for only one night but found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, of a decent size, and had modern but basic facilities; about what you would expect at a three-star hotel. There were tea/coffee making facilities and a hairdryer in the room also. This hotel is located away from the city centre in a business and residential neig - The hotel was very close to the transit line and you could be in the city very quickly, as well you could just as easily make a day trip to places such as Rotterdam or Haarlem. We went to Amsterdam for my husbands birthday and andreas's (the owner's) girlfriend baked us a delicious cake which was delivered at the apartment in the morning..was a lovely surprise for my husband! Very comfortable - apart from second bedroom bed. Helpful meet and greet. Modern kitchen and bathroom and kitchen had basic supplies. Handy location for local shops and restaurants. Good tram service to centre city - about a 5 min walk to stop and 15 minute tram ride - so not right in the city.
