Too dangerous stairs :(
The owners of this B&B are super friendly and care for your privacy. You cannot get more square meters for this price in Amsterdam. The bathroom could hardly be better. The private terrace must be a joy when the weather is nice. The location was perfect for me -- 5min walk from the RAI conference centre ---, and also for tourists: a nice place to come 'home' after a day of sightseeing. The B&B is located in a quiet street. Parking: for 10EUR/day, you'll have your own private parking spot at a 10min walk from the B&B. A little bit small, but no problem if you're not too bad at parking.
Minor business inconvenience: no suitable desk to work with a laptop. For the paranoid: the rooms, located on the 3rd floor, are directly accessible though the staircase (no door that can be locked to isolate/secure "your" area). Your 3 rooms (bedroom, bathroom, living room) have a door without a lock.
Friendly staff. Excellent location and close to conference centre within 5 mins walk. Quiet environment and spacious bathing room. Eating places and supermarket are also near.

Huge space at the top floor of a private residence. Large outdoor terrace. Large modern bathroom with a huge soaking tub. Close to the tram line that goes directly to the center. Stores and restaurants nearby. Hosts stayed up late and helped carry bags up four flights of stairs.
Needs a new tv. Minor issue: Some furniture needed dusting.
Very Friendly, nice place with big balcony
The apartment is very well finished, clean and very quiet. The owners are exceptionally friendly and hospitable.

The bedroom had high ceilings with wood beams. The bathroom was huge for European standards with a separate tub and shower. It also has a huge patio to enjoy meals on nice days. The host, Rose was really nice. She did our laundry for free. She was very accommodating to all our needs.

Prima B&B met mooie faciliteiten, zoals een fijn dakterras met ochtendzon, en een ruime en comfortabele badkamer. Vriendelijke en adequate ontvangst.
Very attentive host, nice fresh breakfast, plenty of space, and a high spec finish. Quiet location, ability to park the car. All round a gem of an apartment.
A little out the main centre, but more than compensated by the quality of apartment.
Perfect B&B setting in a city environment. Excellent location if you're business is in the Rai convention center, Very comfortable accomodation, lovely and helpful family (not just staff). Home away from home with all business amenities. The private roof terrasse is awesome. Also a great place for a small family vacation, easy access to Amsterdam city and the convention center.
Perhaps a more comfortable business chair if one decides to work indoors.
