The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

There really wasn't anything not to like. The hotel was fantastic and although we booked a suite, on our arrival the staff upgraded us to an even better one with 2 private terraces. Tigmiza provided us with the best care from the busy Marrakech. The occasionally tachy interior design were balanced with no kids and we were absolutely perfectly met by the personal and friendly staff. We had a great stay.

I told the hotel the stay was a 60º birthday gift for my husband, and they invited us for a special cake, and they gave us a superior suite than the one I reserved.
The best location to visit the city. We have the better experience for all our travels. If you want to visit Marrakesh, stay in Les Jardins de La Koutoubia.

Highly recommended, good value for money. The staff is incredibly kind and the hotel is brand new. Mehdi, the chief concierge will make sure you will have the best stay, planning everything you want to do and suggesting good experiences.
Either way, if you go to Marrakech make sure to find a hotel in hivernage/medina area.

Pool was 27degres heated, a dream in juanary, we also enjoyed the room which was very clean.
Staff is almost presentS to give you a help. We had meals at noon on the terrasse , in front of the pool.
The All enclusive formula, is a reality and you do not have to open your purse every second.
At night, you have your meal a the huge restaurant where you'll find food that suits you.
We do recommand highly this

The room was understated luxury. Sumptuous bed and pillows. Bright white linen. Lovely design with a local Moroccan influence in its elegant simplicity. Staff were lovely, helpful but not pushy. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi.
