I can't fault Sirayane Boutique Hotel and spa at all! Our stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and courteous without being pushy, even the owner regularly walked around the hotel meeting and chatting to guests (something I've never seen in London!).
The food offers something for everyone & though I've heard complaints about the price it is no more than we would pay over here (and taking into account the hotel is basically an oasis in the middle of a barren land I'm sure the overheads

Hassan and his staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were met at the airport for €15 surcharge. When we got to the Riad, we were made welcome and offered local Moroccan tea. Breakfast was served on the rooftop and we enjoyed this. On our checkout he kindly allowed us to leave our bags for quite a long time. Veronique the owner is genuinely friendly, and will take care of you, nothing is too much trouble. She and Jean-Marc made us feel very welcome.
Veronique met us at the City wall when we arrived by taxi, and walked with us to the ryad. When we departed, she waited with us outside the City wall until the taxi arrived. This is super service.
