A beautiful, modern and luxurious Riad with outstanding staff who really make sure your stay is relaxed and enjoyable. We can absolutely recommend a stay here - it is the personal service on top of the beautiful facilities which make this place so special. We stayed 4 nights with our 14-month old son and really felt taken care of the whole time. Our room (the Aliya) was wonderful and spacious to suit our needs with a walking infant. It was our first visit to Marrakech, and despite our travel books we really had not gotton our heads around the "Riad" thing. Arriving hot and slightly anxious, we stepped through a door into a courtyard oasis of beauty and tranquillity. &Quot;Reception" took the form of a mint tea while manager Karine introduced the hotel. The rooms are immaculately presented and beautifully furnished. Breakfast is a delight, normaly served on t. We've just returned from a wonderful stay at Riad Idra and cannot recommend it enough. The riad itself was beautiful, our room stunning and the staff so friendly and helpful. Huge breakfasts on the terrace, served until midday were also a treat! This was our first visit to Marrakech and we stayed for 3 nights for our 'babymoon' as I am six months pregnant. We were looking for somewhere central but quiet, and the riad delivered on both counts. Location was perfect, just on the edge of the souks . Everything. Sounds like I am too lazy to write specifics, but it was truly everything. Staff is extremely attentive, but never intrusive. Karine is exceptionally helpful. It was my partner's birthday and as we arrived there was a cake and rose petals' happy birthday on the bed. Massage and bath were great. The food is michelin-star level. The room we stayed in (Aliya) is breathtaking. In fact, the whole riad is astonishingly beautiful, an oasis in the middle of crazy Marakkesh, and beats many i. * 5-star luxury * Consistent, great customer service - personalised. Karine, the manager, was fantastic at bookjng restaurants for us, and the rest of the staff were terrific, too. * Comfortable rooms with lovely furnishings - really, really tastefully done * Superb breakfasts, with fruit salad, yogurt, local cakes and soups/porridges - more than a mere continental breakfast! * Great dinners * Outside spaces, including the rooftop terrace, where evening drinks were sublime. The staff were always cheerful and incredibly helpful. Karinne was a great host giving advice on how to negotiate souks and bartering advice. The room was beautiful along with the rest of the riad. We had an amazing meal on the roof terrace one night, the tajine was so good i asked for the recipe which the chef wrote out in french and Karinne translated for me. Can't recommend it enough. Our stay at Riad Idra can be summed up in one word - Wow! A beautiful and luxurious Riad which is a haven of tranquility in contrast to the hustle and bustle of the Medina outside the front door. The location is great, the food is delightful and the level of service is impeccable. The airport transfer service made the start and end of our trip totally stress-free. We cannot say enough amazing things about Riad Idra. The reviews were all outstanding when we made our booking, but when we arrived our expectations were exceeded. The staff, especially Omar & Karine, were exceptional and really made our visit superb. We will aboslutely be going back to Riad Idra!. The great atmosphere of the place and the fantastic staff. There will always be a member of the team there to help you with anything you may need. This is the kind of place that can make your stay in Marrakech a special one. Everything!! I loved the attention to detail, the gorgeous interiors, the warmth and helpfulness of all the staff, the amazing Hammam experience with my partner, the beautiful food, the cleanliness. What a wonderful surprise to open the front door from the ancient souk and to discover another world. You all were all so helpful and charming . We really enjoyed our stay. A unique experience, an oasis in the Medina. Karine goes above and beyond to make sure your Marrakech experience is perfect. I wouldn't think twice to come back. Everything is well organized, the service is excellent, the staff is very firendly and Karine the manager is taking care of her hosts. Beautiful hotel, stunningly decorated. Calm. Staff very helpful, booking reservations etc. Good location - near taxi stop. The manager and all the staff were very courteous and very helpful. The Riad and my room were very beautiful. Wonderful service, great location, beautiful accommodation. The staff are fantastic. Nothing!. Nothing. I would strongly advice to anyone staying here to arrange a transfer from the airport with the riad. If you take a taxi from the airport, it will drop you at a relatively distant point with your luggage and sketchy directions, and there will be plenty of people in the area trying to prey on you, which may lead to some quite unpleasant situations. Nothing!!!. Having to leave so soon. Nothing. There isn't anything I would change. No possibilty to eat anything else during the day ... Generous breakfast. Nothing.
