Great privac -
The heritage house is very pretty, décoration inside is tasteful and original. Location is not in the historical centre but a 10min bus ride leads there easily, safely and cheaply until late at night. More over, staff is super friendly, super helpful and super sweet.

The owner and her staff were really friendly and helpful too;

The staff is very friendly and helpful. At our arrival, the staff handed
us city maps with the different locations to see in town and the place
to eat the different food specialities from Penang.
They have also helped us to rent a motorbike and arranged the pick up from airport.

Very nice house, luxury, clean, very suit for family, we have 6 adult and 2 child. It have 5 rooms, kitchen with kitchenware, washing machine, TV, DVD.etc... location is good and it have sea view for some rooms. This is my first time to try out a home stay backpackers, and I got to say, it's a great experience.. I love the name flash back, you will find two friendly receptionists, you can ask them any questions, they are both very happy to help.. Rooms are very clean and with air conditioner, you got to love the big shower too. Furthermore, they have got cafe as well, their iced coffee is a must try, is a secret recipe, don't forget to check out their fried ice cream.. I will definitely go back to that

The location is convenient. It is near to Komtar Tower and can be reached by airport bus.

Stayed for two nights with two other friends and it was great! The
room is very clean and looks new. Got to choose our own pillows. If
you want anything (I.E.: praying mat, iron, hair dryer, etc), just
ask and they will provide it with no charge. The staff are very
friendly and informative. Near to the main road to catch a
bus/taxi. Near to Komtar to catch the free bus trip around
Georgetown (2km). Wifi is provided in the room. A great value for
money. Would definitely stay again.
