1) Check in/Check out: staff is very professional/customer oriented. During the check in they even provide a massage.Welcome drink.

My wife and I had the most relaxing and amazing vacation at the Danna. From the minute you check in till check out, the hotel staff are extremely attentive and always approachable. It was my wifes birthday and the entire hotel staff including housekeeping made her day extremely special, from suprising her at breakfast and decorating our room with balloons and cake. The buffet breakfast is one of the best in comparison to many 5 star hotels that I have stayed at. Very fresh, excellent variety, really amazing all around. The bed is extremely comfortable, the swimming pool is absolutely beautiful. There were a couple of minor instances that I had to raise my concern about, however the Guest Relations Manager (Jana Zahranova) was very courteous, professional and helpful. I can only highly recommend the Westin Langkawi.

Amazing location - it's far away from other hotels (except Datai) in one of the most wonderful seashore I've ever seen, a lot of green around so as you live like in the wild tropical forest with beautiful sea-view.

We really had a great time and I definit - A lovely spot situated by the road but you cannot hear the traffic. It's approx 15 min walk to the beach & resort. My family and I were very happy upon checking in the hotel room.. Room was clean, tidy and neat.. We stayed at the 12th floor facing the sea view and the view was awesome..
