  staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

  The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport. Everything exceeded my expectations and more. - Imaginative rooms, perfect views of the Twin Towers, especially from the Skyview Lounge. ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » Spa was really nice too.   The hotel is in a very good location 3 minutes to Monorail. The staff were quite freindly. At the first night there some cockroaches in my room. I asked the reception, they have changed my room with a room which was 2-3 times more expensive than mine. So please dont be shy!! - Good location and good view! Buffet breakfast had good rice and reasonableselection. :) We enjoyed our stay, it was all comfortable and mostlyfair value for money.
