  Hotel location, staff, room and atmosphere are all great...This is my second time to stay in it and I think that I will always go there as it is the best hotel in KL so far.... - Club room lounge was very nice and the staff was really helpfull

  The hotel is situated in a great safe location, 10 mins walk to the Petronas Twin Towers, 1 min walk to the Monorel Station that connects well with the KL Central Station and the airport train from there - Nice pool, excellent exercise room. We were fortunate to be upgraded to a suite that was spacious. First class staff throughout.

  The hotel was excellent and they followed through with the free upgrade to a delux room as promised through my booking. I had an early check out and they pre-packed a breakfast pack for me to take to the airport.   staff was very helpfull and i appreciate they give them best to us..especialy eriq. - The staffs were generall friendly but lack of information for placesand not very willing to look up the internet for it. Felt helpless inthat sense.

  The hotel is in a very good location 3 minutes to Monorail. The staff were quite freindly. At the first night there some cockroaches in my room. I asked the reception, they have changed my room with a room which was 2-3 times more expensive than mine. So please dont be shy!! - Good location and good view!
