Every one from car joky , Gate welcomer, reception , customer service Specially I remembered few names ..   i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service! For patiently waiting for more than one hour for our suite we got upgraded. and Dino from concierge who was there when we needed help.   We stayed for 7 nights on a business trip.The staff are amazing, and friendly!!!! We found the value for money was brilliant! The hotel organised a tour guide called Sam that was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and took care that we saw and understood Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast was yummy. Real value for money. - Staff was friendly and helpful, although not very knowledgeable/familiar with the vicinity. Hotel is new and has good mix of dining options. Room took a while to be ready but we are happy with the room. After an extra bed and baby cot, we didnt feel it was cramped at all. Only thing is the hotel website seems to be down. Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website.
