We stayed for 7 nights on a business trip.The staff are amazing, and friendly!!!! We found the value for money was brilliant! The hotel organised a tour guide called Sam that was outstanding! He was knowledgeable and took care that we saw and understood Kuala Lumpur. Breakfast was yummy. The interleading position of hotel to shopping centre was great.Daily Complimentary water in room was lovely. Real value for money.

Room took a while to be ready but we are happy with the room. After an extra bed and baby cot, we didnt feel it was cramped at all. Only thing is the hotel website seems to be down. Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website. I was on holiday/shopping trip with my husband and 2 sons. The receptions staff are very friendly and the hotel condition very luxury. I love the room design and style which is very romantic and elegent with english deco. Since i'm having 1 disable son with me on my vacation that day, the hotel management was very kind to extend my check out time until 1.30++ Awesome!!!. The room is clean and comfortable. Would suggest to make sure toiletries are complete and replaced everyday. The list of food items and beverages are not accurate. Some are missing. Management should check the bar, they might think we took them. White clean and neat! The accesibility to shops and eateries/restaurants was amazing. All were walking distance. Staff were efficient and helpful - door/ security folks, check in counter staff and coffee house staff were cheerful and helpful. The room is so spacious. The staffs are so friendly. Had a wonderful stay at Royale Bintang Damansara. They managed to assists us to get a cab from a shopping area to the hotel through phone call. We liked that it was linked to a mall. There were many restaurants to choose from. The room was decent for the price being paid. Breakfast spread was really good!. The location are superb.. Walking distance to shopping, dining and Kidzania.. Hotel is located adjoining/nearby to food & shopping paradise. Excellent service, near shopping mall, excellent accommodation!!. Taught haggling w taxi drivers are prohibited. The meters are not standardized . taxi drivers are unfair to tourist. Pillow slightly too hard Receptionist during check-out was a bit moody, kept grumbling to her colleague about someone (staff or customer, not sure). The toilet floor tiles were dirty. Knowing that this is brand new hotel, we expected it to be very clean...spick and span. The hotel staffs were very unfriendly. We were not greeted or even smiled at when we were at the cafe for breakfast, even when we passed by or walk past the staff around the hotel compound. Airport transfer cost too much!. Toilet flushing system uses too much water and bidet hose broken. Some staffs are not friendly. Purchasing room at the club floor is a waste of money compared to other hotels. They forgot to get us a cab to go to the airport. No public transporation closeby like LRT.. I have to spend alot on Taxi to travel to LCCT.. Better to choose Subang Airport since it is closer to Royale Bintang Damansara.. I stayed on level 4 on 30 june 2013 till 2nd July. The reception called my room on the night of 2nd July and told me that noises came from my room as guests complaint. I did hear knocking noises everywhere too but I did not know where were the noises came from as I was about to sleep that night. next morning, I came down to the reception and I get to know that I was the only person staying at that level.. It was so spooky!. no bath tub. The aircOnd. To cOld till I can't sleep. area of heavy traffic on weekdays. The main lifts to rooms and other facility were not in main view when you first check in. There was another lift next to the reception which only goes to rooms floor. Proper signage would help a lot. We had twin beds but did ask for 1 double bed. Staff not courteous enough and didn't greet n smile to guess .breadfast short of variety n not international . Only no bath tub. Confusion: 2 hotels with almost same name!. My room hasn't connection to the wifi. No thing. none. They confirm that the room is double bed but, when I arrive the room is twin beds. Moreover, when I requires them to change for me, the staff told me to wait for 6 hrs. No bathtub in deluxe room. Bath room without jacuzzi. Very limited TV channel. Breakfast is average,. Breakfast was pretty mediocre and, when I asked for espresso coffee, to be told that "you have to pay extra for fresh coffee" ... Reception was pretty cavernous. In the room, I would have appreciated to have a face cloth. 1) Breakfast selection is limited 2) Gym facilities very limited. poor wifi high prices for extras (bar, spa) poor service with the club level offering: -limited choice for breakfast -poor and limited service during the cocktail service hour. Reception was quite slow & not helpful enough as usually the reception will tell you where's the room with direction without being asked. Lack of facilities like sauna etc. The service does not reflect the hotel standard. There is no bath tub. Slow check in. The twin bed is not comfortable as the single beds are small size. The air-conditioning is too cold as the control system is out of sync as the air-conditioning of the whole complex is too cold. There was an electrical breakdown and it took too long to rectify it. I still prefer The Gardens at Mid-Valley.
