I'm having difficulties at Primula Beach Resort once woke up early in the morning for shopping at Pasar Payang, 1 of my tyre flat. Luckily, their staff with warm heart willing to help us & send the tyre to nearest workshop. Their staff really friendly & helpful. 'Mujur tayar bocor dalam parking hotel'... The room was very clean, big and comfortable, slept very well. Lots of choice for food, good poolbar, nice pool, nice beach, lots of facilities in the hotel such as car rental.

The staff were very helpful nothing was too much bother. We loved how close we were to the beach. The weather was a lot better than the west coast too. good location overlooking the sea. beautiful and clean beach. peaceful and tranquil. The rustic Kampong surroundings and the friendliness of the people of Trenggannu. Hotel rooms comfortable and clean!!! Over raw still certisfy !. Swimming pool, enough space in the rooms, friendly staff. The service by the cafe staff is good, very effiecient. The friendly staff and beach, easy access to the city. Nice place to relax and closer to eating places. The location and also the food are all HALAL. the beach is nice room clean and spacious. The seaside and easy access to town area. It was brilliant. I like everything. the balcony facing the seaside. Pool side for kids. The best thing I can say about this hotel is that the location of the hotel is good. It is not far away from the town and at the beach. The staff well trained, friendly and helpful. The location also very strategic, close to town, but only steps away to beach. The hotel is perfectly located. Near to batu burok beach where u may find a lot of food stalls n see side activities... breakfast is very good desination is very good have a beautiful beach. Local food i.e. nasi dagang, nasi lemak was very nice. Staff kind. Room clean. Seaview. Not much. The only positive is that it is close to the beach and the breakfast buffet has a good omelette guy. Beach front and close to town. Beach side. Very little. Tourism desk is often closed. Franchise for excursions not the best I've come across. That we couldn't swim in the sea. Our group had BBQ dinner by the poolside one night. We expected a wide spread of seafood items to be served. We were very dissappointed as only a few seafood items were on the menu. ... the BBQ fish was not cooked properly and was tasteless..no prawns..or even mutton...there was beef but we are Hindus..Overall the food was very unappetising. counter staff check in very slow, hotel a bit old fashion n environment, seaside not so comfortable... quality of the food, no beer / wine etc. served. For overall, only the breakfeast is not good enough as the choice is too little. There is only fried rice but no fried mee/kuayteow, there is only beef, but no chicken. Some Chinese can not take the beef, so I feel that this is something you need to take care of. None. The facilities some are too old, the hotel layout and design a bit old as it was developed 15 years+ ago... food not nice & not much offerred for breakfast. No personnel manning the business centre. So silent at my stay. At least at the corridor should fix a speaker & give light music. Just a suggestion. The design of the hotel is dated. The buffet breadfast is below average with limited choices. The maintenance of the hotel less satisfying, have to fix the sliding door, the bathroom light, and also no bathtub for the price we pay. my wife had an injury at pool.. there's no one from the staff or first aider trying to approach her. I have to bring her by my self to the nearby hospital... tv is so small assets little old. Mosquitoes. Swimming pool not very clean and old. Less transport, limited taxi and a bit expensive for the taxi fares. We booked a "superior room" which turned out to be awful - no safe, phone didnt work, full of mosquitoes, doors did not feel secure. Managed to upgrade to a "Deluxe" room which was much better but cost more. Hotel lobby was full of mosquitoes, and we saw a rat running about while eating the evening buffet dinner. Beach was dirty and rooms require facelift. This premier hotel in Terengganu is just very old. Non smoking rooms smelled tobacco. No dinner buffet. The tiny sea view which was overpowered by a massive flat roof badly in need of re-coating. The lack of any hot water on our last day and only a grudging apology. The beach was quite dirty and it is not possible to swim safely in the sea due to strong undercurrents.
