The room is spacious compared to the low price we pay. With kettle,wi-fi,hot shower,ceiling fan,air-cond and located at near Dataran Shah Bandar, it really make us to stay at the hotel again when we have things to do here.
Room and beds are spacious for the price we paid. Clean enough.
Toilet and shower are good.

I stayed there one night only, on the way to Redang. For this - very good option, walking distance (with light luggage) to the jetty.
It wa really awesome stayed there really good value for the money clean
and nice environment.

Fantastic location for a budget hotel. It's right in the middle of the town facing the beach front. It's just walking distance to convenient store, bus and taxi station, restaurant and the jetty to Redang Island.

Very limited tv channels. and the reception of those channels are not good.
Did not clean the room and change the towels even after we requested for it. Asked us to leave the key behind if we want for the room to be cleaned but do nothing about it.
If you expect a beach there - it is a mistake. There is a new road in construction between the hotel and the sea, there is no beach, just a walkway and a port (or something like this), when you cross this new road. I am afraid it will be a disaster when the road is open.

There were some customers so selfish. e.g 1) we received call thru front desk to remove our car for other hotel customers to park their cars (groups of 4 cars). 2) another occation, we was unable to drive off because our car had been blocked by unknown car owener.

The distance to the town is about 1.5km away. There is a good Chinese seafood restaurant opposite thehhotel into a lane. Not cheap though. The room is basic. No breakfast included. No restaurant in this hotel. It is not next to the beach as the photo in the website shows. Land reclaimation going on.
Very far from beach. Must cross the main road. Rooms are very small.

The dirty/used linen basket/pile was outside my room 1008, thus blocking the access to my room. It was there from my check-in time till I checked out! Looked unsightly & unwelcomed! A lot of mosquitoes in the room!!! The counter staff not trained to receive guest.
