meetings duing the week. They were very quick to respond and all
transfers went smoothly. -

Staff was friendly and helpful, although not very
knowledgeable/familiar with the vicinity. Hotel is new and has good
mix of dining options. Room took a while to be ready but we are happy
with the room. After an extra bed and baby cot, we didnt feel it was
cramped at all.
Only thing is the hotel website seems to be down. Keeps pointing to a map with no links when directed from the parent group's website.

i would like to commend on 2 staff - Margot at the front desk who heled to check us in for her excellent customer service! I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.
