  The staff is helpful and they speak English very well. I checked-in late at night (around 10.30 pm) but they have midnight staff ready waiting for me. It's awesome. The place is small but very neat and very clean. There are free wi-fi on each floor and the signal strength is good. I share the room with 3 other girls.   The location is very good. Ikebukuro is a busy scene. But Kimi Ryokan you cant hear it. If you use the map on the homepage, you can find it in about 10 minutes. The Staff was very friendly and spoke very good english. Altough you cant cook your own meal, there is a microwave, a little oven and a fridge. The room is comfortable and the air conditioning really does work (had issues in the past with this). I definitely enjoyed my stay there and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Nearby you can find Asakusa. When we were checking in the staff gave us tips for things nearby. The hotel for us was great and we have booked the hostel again for our when we are in Tokyo again.
