Staff very obliging. Leant me a travel adapter, let us store our bags securely on morning of arrival and day of departure. Cold Asahi in vending machine. But best of all was the location. Narita to Ueno direct on Keisei skyliner. Get off the train, walk across the road from the station exit and you're there! Perfect for those travelling with ski equipment. Twin rooms compact but perfect size for a night or two. I'm 6ft and my feet stayed on the bed!. kaikki arvostelut »
right in the heart of everything, i felt safe going out in the area at night, is straight across the road from the railway and subway stations, great variety of eating places, markets and shopping and lovely Ueno park, it was the best place i stayed in japan.
Spacious room for a Tokyo business hotel. Quiet. Good wifi. An excellent location across from Keisei Skyliner terminal, close to JR Ueno station & subways, lots of nearby shopping and food options. Great place for first or last night of a trip.
The hotel location is very strategic. Near to JR and Keisei Line, subway and train, bus station, Ueno Park, Ueno Zoo and it is in the heart of Ueno city. At first seems like the room is small but when we live in, it just as comfort as our house.
Room looked like it had come straight out of a cult 1980s film – brown
textured wallpaper, stained brown ceiling, cigarette burns in the brown
blankets on the bed. Like a nostalgic theme park, just a minutes walk
from Ueno station.
Quiet and comfortable environment yet close to the great Ueno Park as well as city centre. Connection from the Narita Airport to Shinjuku can be very smoothly done. Staff are friendly and helpful.
Hotel is very near to Ueno Keisei Station.
Lots of restaurant near the hotel.
Although the room is small but it have the necessary facilities.
The location is excellent since it is close to many museums as well as stations.
Great price, great location, quite acceptable private room.

Location.
Best location and great price.
Location was excellent.
Great location.
The location.
The location is really good, i stayed one night there to take the next day flight from Narita. It's right opposite to Keisai Skyliner station.
The guy at the reception was really nice and helpful. The hotel overall is a bit rough, but it's got everything it needs.
Friendly staff.
Location.
Just beside Ueno , Keiseiueno and Uenohirokoji Stations.
Quite noisy (We stayed Sat night with a ?wedding? next door)Dont book this place expecting luxury and quiet, but perfect for what it is: budget, clean, secure and best possible loction for a quick run in from Narita and out again on the Shinkansen to Nagano!.
nothing really, it was a great stay so well situated to everything.
No washlet, refrigerator only big enough for four beverage cans & no bottles. Worst was bed was so soft I had back ache in the morning.
No in-room lock (just for confirm safety though..).
Checkout time is fairly early at 10am – and they enforce this strictly,
with a phone call at one minute to 10 and a grumpy receptionist when I
checked out at 2 minutes past!.
Toilet is very small.
Hotel does not allow no room cleaning for more than 2 days (I personally don't like room cleaning, it's up to individual).
bed too soft and sloping to one side. Check out time was 10AM (too early).
Room didn't smell good enough. That's all. A little more pricey-er than the other hotels we stayed in during our time in Japan.
Room is a bit small (standard for tokyo),.
Staff spoke no English.
The room is dark and old, relatively clean. If you are taking the morning train to Narita as well, you can stay there just for one night.
Unfortunately, water from the tap is disgusting!.
Poor english skill of staff but it not matter.
Very small and dark room; No English.
The facility smells "humidity" (even inside rooms and elevator). The outside looks new (rebuilt), but on the inside some "old stuffs" remains.
