  This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel.   It's a nice place to enjoy your trip! Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food. Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food. They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel ! Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough . We don't know about food, because we didn't taste - Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station, one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku. Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

The only thing that we were afraid while we were reading the comments about the hotel was the room size but it wasn't absolutely a problem since the internal room design is perfectly done to fulfill everything

  Me and my girlfriend stayed for 4 nights in Tokyo. We chose Hotel Villa Fontaine Otemachi because of its location and it was perfect for those who want to travel around Tokyo and also would like to do some side trips.   The hotel is in very very excellent location. After pass from JR Akihabara central exit , turn right , cross the road, you can see the hotel there. We spent the last night here. All luggages were sent to the airport the night before except for 1 backpack. So we have no problem with the limited space. The room is clean. Free WIFI in room. Staff are extremely helpful, when it was raining they loaned us umbrellas, when I was sick they provided medicine, every time the cleaner saw us in the morning she wouldn't stop bowing until we leave, the one time I left my clothes unfolded in the room they even helped fold it when they did the room cleaning. Location is to co - The great location as the hotel is within walking distance of the Ueno station which has both the JR Keihin-Tohuku and Yamanote lines as well as the Ginza and Hibira subway lines. Ueno station is only 3 stations away from the Tokyo station. It makes getting around Tokyo a breeze. Within walking distance of the hotel are also many eating places around the Ueno vicinity. The rooms are small as expected in Tokyo but it is very clean. Amenities in the room are more than sufficient.
