  Definitely not my first stay at a five star hotel but Tokyo Palace is indeed one of the best I have experienced. Attention to details is key to Palace hotel, try and you will understand what I mean. - Customer relationship is very good. All staffs are very kindly.   Excellent stay. Rooms are spacious et very well furnished / designed (had a Premier room and an Executive suite). Service and staff are top notch. Food at Nadaman is excellent - worth 2 Michelin stars Swimming pool and spa facilities : exactly what you would expect from this type of hotel. The service levels were the best, every staff catered to my every problem, they even accompanied me to the train station to help me out. I would recommend this hotel to any traveler visiting Tokyo!

  We were highly impressed and enjoyed every moment of our stay. Lovely efficient staff, gorgeous huge stylish rooms, extremely comfortable beds and linen. We booked in for the last 3 nights of our trip and couldn't hope for a better ending to the trip. The 4 subway lines at the bottom of the building were great for exploring everywhere. We would defiantly recommend this hotel and Tokyo to - This hotel is the second best I have ever stayed at, only being surpassed by the Burj Al Arab in Dubai. The staff were fantastic, I have never been served by more attentive staff at any hotel. The room was fabulous, we were given one on the top floor with an awesome view, the amenities in the room, everything was spotless and clean. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order, delicious smoked salmon, and again fantastic staff. I would not consider staying anywhere else if I were to visit Tok
