Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.

Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport.   We really liked the hotel and we would totally recommend it. It was situated centrally in Tokyo so it is with easy reach with the JR train to the main parts of the city like Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is very clean and new. The staff speaks English and are very polite. We would definitely stay there again. - Very comfortable hotel with excellent staff. From Reception onwards its all very polite friendly, helpful and comfortable. Breakfast for the price is very good, very convenient location not too busy just nice and quiet and very easily accessible to Shinjuku and Shibuya. Rail Station is just a hop step and a jump away. Post office, bakeries, seven eleven, eating restaurants are within walking distance. Staff excellent and helpful in getting around Tokyo.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!
