  I booked a single room, it was quite small (14 sqm). But I think it's the norm in Japan, so it's ok. I stayed there for 3 nights. The room felt clean. The hotel is just about 10 mins walk from Tokyo station and right outside an entry to Nihombashi subway station so it's very convenient to travel around Tokyo.   The hotel is in very very excellent location. After pass from JR Akihabara central exit , turn right , cross the road, you can see the hotel there. We spent the last night here. All luggages were sent to the airport the night before except for 1 backpack. So we have no problem with the limited space. The room is clean. Free WIFI in room.
