Renovated in 2004, the air-conditioned rooms at Hotel Air Terminal include an LCD TV. The private bathroom has a toothbrush and free toiletries, and green tea is provided.
Sapporo city is about a 40-minute train ride from nearby JR Chitose Train Station. The free morning shuttle to the airport runs on a schedule (see Important Information) and takes about 12 minutes.
There is a coin launderette on the 2nd floor. The lobby has a free-use internet PC with a chargeable printer.
Japanese-style pub Muraosa is open for lunch and dinner, and serves a la carte dishes, sake and beer.

Friendly staff, good with shuttle in the morning.

The staff service was excellent.
Free airport shuttle bus is a very useful service for the customers need to catch up early flights. Good staff, no problem to communicate in English.

Good value for money and not far from airport, shuttle bus to airport in the morning.
Easy to get to from airport.
Quite far away from airport and is still called "airport
hotel"... Very small rooms and mattresses were not very soft,
otherwise good!.
Wifi did not work in the room, only at the reception.
I can hear the snore from next door, so maybe the room's soundproofing isn't good enough.
Stained chairs.
Very basic, small rooms.
It's name made me think the hotel was at the airport instead of several stops away on the train. Suggest it's distance from airport and the route to get there be clearly explained on the site before booking.
