Clean and neat, comfortable. Very welcoming staff. Nice breakfast. Absolutely no bother with the planes: very good sound isolation plus no flights at night. It's even romantic - seeing the planes taking of and landing right out of your window. Less than an hour to center of Sapporo via jr. Very good place to spend a night if you have to arrive to Chitose and go away next day. this is an excellent hotel if arriving or departing from this airport. it is conveniently located inside the air terminal, which has a good shopping centre and access to a good onsen. a good starting and finishing point for a trip to hokkaido and for hireing a car.
kaikki arvostelut » It is located inside the airport, you will have 5 min to the Terminal if you leave in the morning. You can use the Airport spa for free! Even so you can see the airplanes parked infront of your window, its not noisy. Room size is ok. - Location of the hotel is very convenient for a traveller who needs to catch up flight early in the morning. - Onsen provided for the hotel guest - A twin room of the hotel is comfortable. More spaces for guests. - Location!!! So convenient if you have a morning flight. - Quality of Hot Spring Bath (onsen) and it is free if you stay in this hotel. - A lot of shops and restaurants around the area (in New Chitose Airport). There is no beating the convenience of the location. Having the check-in counters 5 minutes from the room made this the least stressful and least tiring early flight I ever had. convenient. It is in the airport - close to the International terminal shopping and Japan Rail station. Breakfast buffet was great. Service staff were amazing. Great location if you're arriving late and don't want to catch a train to anywhere. Breakfast buffet was wonderful too. Had an enjoyable stay. Location. I think I would find it difficult to recommend the hotel for longer stays, though it is absolutely 100% worthwhile for the night before a flight. Carpets looked dirty and warn. No wi fi into the room only in the lobby. No wifi in the room. None. None. I like the onsen..out door onsen is very nice...but take time to walk from hotel. Room stuffy and unable to bring in any fresh air Carpets stained and looked old Walls marked Over priced. bed is kind of hard to sleep in..some renovation would be great... Not being warned that the shutters in the airport closed at 11pm and getting stuck at the onsen. The welcome at front desk is not very warm welcome. A little bit careless from front desk in comparison with Japanese standard. Room quite old. 1) bed is very hard 2) simple breakfast. Bed was rock hard, had trouble sleeping. 9600Yen for single.unresonable. Room carpet needs replacing. Bedding requires upgrade. No wifi in room. Decor needs to be freshened up.

From international terminals - When you come out from the arrival gate, follow the path leading to the domestic terminal. - Keep walking for about 5 minutes, and you will see an open space. - Turn right and keep walking for about 3 minutes, and you will see an elevator to the hotel lobby. From JR Shin Chitose Airport Station - When you come out from the ticket gate, turn right. - Keep walking till the dead-end, and you will see an escalator on your right. - Go upstairs and you will see a sign for the hotel on your left. - Take the elevator next to the sign to 3rd floor.
