Everytime we left the room, we came back and the bed wasmade, and there were chocolates on our pillows, the breakfast waswonderful and the eggs tasted amazing. On a scale of 1-10, I give thishotel a 15!!

to greet us. He was extremely accommodating, giving us a map of Venice
and instructions on taking the bus shuttle to the airport a few days
later. Alex then showed us around the apartment, the design of which was
very nice, with space for 5 to sleep, an oven, hob and towels, as well
as other little essentials such as washing up liquid. There is a Co-op

The Staff where lovley and the cleaner kept the room looking lovely. it was in a perfect centre location , everything was close by on foot rialto 5min walk , San Marco a ten to 15 min walk. The Room was large and spacious with tea and coffee making facilites a sink and fridge as well as large wardrobe and a comfy bed and power shower. 100 % recommend

A very quiet place, especially for the great location between San Marco and Rialto Bridge. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed quite comfy. Location is great! It takes just 5 minutes to reach San Marco, the same
time you will need to walk to Realto, and 20 minutes leisurely to Train

We are a family of 5 who appreciated the 3 bedrooms. The apartment was basic but clean. It was away from the crowded parts of Venice bit close enough to walk to everything. We were also able to leave our luggage securely after checking out. Owner was friendly and accommodating. -
