Everything was lovely. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower.
