The surroundings are really beautiful, especially if you want a taste of the Toscana countryside. It is not far from the center of SIENNA when you have a car.The owner of this family house is a typical italien mom, very tentive and eager to please. The breafast was nice. -

The staff were all pleasant and helpful, the location incredible, really central and beautiful architecture, homely room, breakfast was fantastic consistently. full of happy guests! - the staff went out their way to ensure we had breakfast before we left early for train. They started earlier to enable us to do this.

Excellent location--very close to Campo. We had the two room suite which was very roomy for an Italian hotel. The double bedded room was a corner room with great views out of both windows, one of Torre del Mangia. Nice breakfast brought on tray to our room as it was a bit cool for garden breakfast. Breakfast was brought to my room at the specific time I asked for. The room was decorated beautifully and had a very nice view overlooking the city.

A wonderful B&B in an ancient building near the Duomo. Spotlessly clean and modern rooms with ensuite bathrooms. My husband and I and two friends stayed in 2 of its 3 rooms. Large pleasant "dining room" where our "host" Alberto set out a lovely breakfast with a variety of fruit, meats, cheeses, eggs, yogurt, cakes and pastries, etc., and made us coffee and tea. Mας άρεσαν οι ευγενέστατες ιδιοκτήτριες που έκαναν πολύ άνετη την διαμονή μας.Όλα ήταν υπέροχα! Τό κτίριο ,η τοποθεσία ,το πρωινό.Ηταν η τέλεια βάση για να γνωρίσει κάποιος την μαγευτική Τοσκάνη.Τό σίγουρο είναι οτι αν πάμε πάλι Τοσκάνη εκεί θα μείνουμε!! - The location was amazing - only a 30 min walk or 5 min bus ride into the old town of Sienna.

Breakfast was a real treat with everything from cereal and fruit to salami, ham, cheese and a variety of cakes. I would also recommend the Chianti Tour that the staff will book for you. - The owner, Gabriela, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She let us have our choice of rooms after showing us the options. The rooms were clean and quiet with very comfortable beds. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this BandB again to our friends.

Be sure to ask for the room on the upper floors with a view. The view is spectacular from up there and the walk up (no elevator) is worth the hike. The breakfast is good and the people polite. You are right in the center of the old town and the evening bar next door is good for a nightcap or snack. Safe place even late at night and the bag storage

Everything was lovely. Rooms were spacious, and shared bathroom was large and modern. Only 3 rooms in the villa means not a lot of people going in and out. Our hostess was very enthusiastic and helpful and served us breakfast in the garden. We loved the location just outside the city walls but only 10 mins. walk.

We loved staying here. It was cozy, and felt like home. The location was perfect, just a short walk down the street to the Campo. Siena is a very romantic medieval city. Marco and Andreas were really nice and helpful. One night we came in very late with our car and we called Marco who said to park it in front of their garage. No problem! The breakfast was delicious. We loved our stay at the Simonetta B&B. Although a little difficult to locate at first, Simonetta Gianni met us in the square and promptly took our luggage to the top floor of a B&B in the heart of Sienna with wonderful views of rooftops and the tower. The breakfast was simple but was more than enough. The apartment villa that we stayed in could easily fit a family of 5 and has a private bathroom. I highly recommend this B&B. Chris D, CT, USA
