  The staff at this hotel is amazing. Both girls were on top of everything from early check in to calling taxis and offering help with getting to and from monuments. My new wife and I stayed here on our honeymoon and it couldn't have been a better experience. The room and staff were the highlight of our trip. Hotel has a different atmosphere, as it is situated in an office and apartment building. Hotel staff is very flexible (breakfast time) and friendly.

  Giovanni was an unbelievable host. Despit the fact that we were not able to see him face-to-face throughout our 2 night stay! It started by him getting someone to meet us at the accomodation late, since we were arriving outside of the normal hours. He was very welcoming and mapped out some good spots to wander and shop, the best food and gelato across the city and some tips on what and when to do and how to get around.

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

Very helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go to eat, etc. We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)
