  The staff at this hotel is amazing. Both girls were on top of everything from early check in to calling taxis and offering help with getting to and from monuments. The tours recommended by the staff were excellent recommendations. Rooms are very clean and quite (hotel is on the third floor). Hotel has a different atmosphere, as it is situated in an office and apartment building. Hotel staff is very flexible (breakfast time) and friendly.

  Giovanni was an unbelievable host. Despit the fact that we were not able to see him face-to-face throughout our 2 night stay! It started by him getting someone to meet us at the accomodation late, since we were arriving outside of the normal hours. Lots of amazing authentic restaurants and gelato bars 25m away. Giovanni is a fantastic host!! He was very welcoming and mapped out some good spots to wander and shop, the best food and gelato across the city and some tips on what and when to do and how to get around.

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very helpful, open-minded, speaking fluently english, french, explaining us everything we need to know: buses, where is the supermarket, where to go to eat, etc. We have felt like visiting an old, good friend in Rome :)
