  Nelihenkinen perheemme yöpyi yhdessä tilavassa ja erittäin siistissä huoneessa mukavasti neljä yötä. Henkilökunta oli erittäin avuliasta ja miellyttävää ja auttoi meitä kaikin tavoin viihtymään. Aamiainen oli hyvä. Perus aamupala ilman vihanneksia eli munakokkelia, pekonia, leikkeleitä yms. Huone oli siisti ja lämmin (Helmikuu).   I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and especially about the people who run it! We absolutely loved it! It is extremely clean, cleaned daily by staff, towels changed every 2 days. Every need we had they provided. The receptionist was particularly helpful with hotel related stuff and with touristic questions as well. The hotel - Jewel who runs the hotel was brilliant, so accommodating and willing to help all the time. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the Colosseum and from here we could also walk to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona. Do not be put off the front door, just walk to the second floor and its like you are in a different building! Couldn't fault this hotel at all.

  The staff were so knowledgeable about how to get around the city in the cheapest way and most practical way. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The staff speaks English! The beds were impressively comfortable! Everything was clean. The hotel is gated so we felt safe. Our phones died before we went to bed so we called the desk to ask for a wake up call a - The hotel was clean and I particularly liked the bathroom with heated towel bars. The staff were very friendly. We only talked to them in Italian, so I'm not sure if they can serve tourists in English. They answered any questions we had about transportation and sold us tickets for the city bus (which can't always be purchased on-board). Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast-style, but ingredients were fresh.
