We loved Andreas. He's the most organized, warm, friendly, patient manager I've met during our 10 day trip to Italy. He would have no problem managing upscale hotels like the Ritz. He responded immediately, from the moment we booked online. He always greets us by name and with a smile. We liked the location because it was away from the hustle/bustle of the city, which is very touristy. We enjoyed interacting with more Italian residents and shop owners on the island. When taken to the apartment by Karima we found it was effectively a STUDIO & not the one-bedroom apartment we had booked & confirmed. It had a convertible sofa-bed in the living area & NO separate bedroom. I offered to pay a reduced price & that was accepted. Bed was barely comfortable enough for our two-night stay - no longer.
