We loved Andreas. He's the most organized, warm, friendly, patient manager I've met during our 10 day trip to Italy. He would have no problem managing upscale hotels like the Ritz. He responded immediately, from the moment we booked online. He always greets us by name and with a smile. We liked the location because it was away from the hustle/bustle of the city, which is very touristy. We enjoyed interacting with more Italian residents and shop owners on the island. Very good location although a little difficult to find as there were so many hotels in the same area. Friendly staff and good breakfast. Right in the middle of town so very convenient. -

When taken to the apartment by Karima we found it was effectively a STUDIO & not the one-bedroom apartment we had booked & confirmed. It had a convertible sofa-bed in the living area & NO separate bedroom. I offered to pay a reduced price & that was accepted. Bed was barely comfortable enough for our two-night stay - no longer.

It stays very next to main street which boat stop , Guglie bridge, is very close. Less than 10 minutes walk to train station. All of the household are just perfect. Nice rooms in modern style. Value for travellers who self catering.
