  Air-conditioned, we had a nice small green private yard-patio, large bed, very clean and the staff is very helpful, located right at the entrance to the Roman Forum, 5 min walk to Colosseo, 15 min walk to Pantheon, 10 min walk to the shopping street Via del Corso, breakfast at a nice roof patio with a beautiful view - Excellent location.   It was my husband's and my first trip to Rome. The location to the Vatican n most of the famous sights in Rome was fantastic. It took us 10 mins to walk to meet our tour guide for the St Peter Bacilica and Sistine Chapel tour. We walked everywhere, as it was .very easy and convenient. Jun always smil - Great location - 10 min. walk from Vatican! Subway and other public transport is nearby. Good for car travellers - it's possible to find a parking place in front of the hotel. Great variety of breakfast (we were able to choose what we would like). Big and clean room! Nice view from the window. Gabi and all the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definately recommend this hotel!

  We loved everything about Inn Spagna Charming House in Rome, Italy. Especially the staff, cleanliness and location. Everyone was friendly and helpful with all of our questions. The whole complex was clean and the location was better than we could have hoped for with restaurants on each block. We always felt safe.   The hotel is located in a nice area of Rome, across the Tiber river (Trastevere). The location is quiet and beautiful (small, old houses with a lot of vegetation and flowers, going up some hills in a network of curly streets). From the hotel, you can reach the city center in about 15 - The hotel was a stopover on our way to Civitavechia to board a cruise.   We stayed here for 10 days it became our home away from home. The room was bright, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was very large and also comfortable. Lu made our stay memorable. She treated us like family and was extremely helpful to me when I sprained my ankle; she sent my husband out to the pharmacy for a special cream and came to ... mitä ihmiset sanovat » the room with ice for my ankle and a tray with hot tea and cake. She also gave us great advice on places to eat. Casa di Eddy is located wonderfully - The staff were friendly, hotel was lovely and clean. There was a kitchen which had a fridge you could use and cakes / tea / coffee left out . Free breakfast from the cafe across the road. We had the economy room with the external bathroom. 5 minutes walk from the Colosseum although we did walk to the Vatican which took an hour. The metro station was around the corner and for 1.50 euros takes you to the Vatican in 10mins. If you have never been to Rome there isnt really a central location to vis

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

  Very good location, bus&metro station were near by, and it's also easy to reach lots of historical site by walk. Close to central station, and it's easy to find with the direction I received from hotel couple of days before I arrive. Staff were extremely helpful and hospitality. It feels so good to use a key to open the front door everyday, feel like a local come home:) - Not sure I want to provide a review about this place as it will be giving away a secret! I travel to Rome often and had to book this hotel at the last minute. I was pleasantly surprised. What struck me the most was the friendly nature of the family running this establishment. I can only describe it as old fashioned hospitality with a genuine smile. Bedroom was huge for mid city standards and shower was larger than most 5 star hotel.

  Location was fabulous and they made me feel like I was home. Very comfortable and friendly. - as already said by others, the location is excellent. and in no particular order: The bed was very comfortable; the staff was welcoming and helpful; coffee was tasty; and even the weather cooperated. we'd stay at Eva's again any time.
