  Staff were very helpful and eager to make our stay comfortable. They provided us with a beautiful room with a lovely balcony and view of the ocean. The room was great and the ensuite bathroom was fantastic. It even had a jet-spa bath. Great for the weary traveller. We also enjoyed the fact that the hotel was away from the main township of Amalfi.   Te B&B is very well located not far from the centre of Anacapri which is a lot quieter (and nicer) than Capri. The rooms are of fair size, quite bright and nicely decorated, even though a bit limited for storage space (only one small wardrobe and no drawers) and, most importantly, very clean.   I first visited Positano 2 years ago. The location of the Savoia is perfect. The family that runs the hotel, and in particular Claudia, are wonderful and very knowledgeable. One truly gets a feel for the region when staying at the Savoia. The breakfast is plentiful and the variety is excellent. This will be my hotel of choice - The hotel was nicely located and easy to get to by cab. You were able to get dropped off right in front of the hotel by car. If you come by boat, you would need to take the steep walk up to the hotel, though porters are readily available to take your luggage.   It was centraly located but close to the sea with amazing views. The staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel and our bedroom were spotless.
