7 mins by bus from the center + 5 mins walk is the only price for the relatively clean budget accommodation. We also appreciated the quiet suburb area. The hospitality of the owner. Filling very comfortable inside the house and the room. I LIKE THE STAFF,THEY WERE NICE AND FRIENDLY PEOPLE,HELPED US. Streetview is showing incorrect place, use "Via Delle Bocchette 28" instead. The owner is nice but a bit impractical. E.g. there is no table in room for either eating or simply viewing maps or guides, no wardrobe either. Were missing any tea making facilities.
