7 mins by bus from the center + 5 mins walk is the only price for the relatively clean budget accommodation. We also appreciated the quiet suburb area.

Filling very comfortable inside the house and the room.

Streetview is showing incorrect place, use "Via Delle Bocchette 28" instead.
The owner is nice but a bit impractical. E.g. there is no table in room for either eating or simply viewing maps or guides, no wardrobe either.

The garden and the entrance of the house, need some repairs, they could be great.
THERE WAS NO ROOM SERVICE FOR MY ENTIRE STAY.
