  Very good location, only 20 minutes away with the vaporetto(waterbus) from the San Marco Piaza.Eaven at night a vaporetto is avaible. So you dont have the bustle of downtown.   The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs.
