  The location - it is in Lido which is a breeze to travel to Venice via the water bus, and you get to enjoy the peace and tranquility at Lido. The price is good an the breakfast buffet is wonderful. The staff were really lovely and the breakfast was ample. The rooms are basic but very comfy with a nice TV, hair dryer and free toiletries. Our room also had a small balcony with table and chairs. The price was excellent for the location.

  After a busy day of crowded sightseeing in Venice, it was wonderful to retreat to a quiet, nicely-appointed, comfortable room in a community where families actually live. We enjoyed strolling the streets at night sampling the local restaurants.   The staff were very friendly and helpful. We even came 30 min late to breakfast the first morning and they said it was no problem, and even brought us a warm croissant from the kitchen. - The staff was very nice, the room clean and warm and confortable. The breakfast was enough for all tastes.
