  I was pleased with this hotel in every way! The price was more than I wanted to pay but, realizing lodging in Venice is expensive, I left feeling quite satisfied with my stay there. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and attractive, the a/c worked, and the bathroom was spotlessly clean.   Hotelli oli pieni mutta hyvässä kunnossa ja hiljainen vaikka se oli Venetsian keskustassa. Hotelli oli myös 5 minuutin kävelymatkalla linjaautoasemasta. Toisaalta se oli vaikea löytää koska se oli pienellä kujalla. Light airy room in quiet residential area. Ample continental breakfast, cereals, bread, selection of meats and preserves, tea and coffee. - Lovely little hotel in a quiet area of the city. The room was spacious and very clean and the breakfast was superb - meats and cheese, croissants, danish pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cereals etc. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Can't fault this hotel at all.

  Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.
