  This is a top notch hotel. Very nice rooms with nice big bathrooms. We received a room upgrade so I can't speak on a standard room. Our suite with adjoining rooms was, however, excellent++. Like their directions state, the hotel is just a short walk from the waterbus stop. Best facility we stayed in during our Europe trip.   Extremely friendly and helpful staff; location was perfect - near beautiful Salute church and vaporetto stop - quiet and away from the crowds. Overlooking the Grand Canal. Interesting modernised interior. - The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The beds where comfortable and the room was spotless. Oh and the view was awesome.   The hotel is ideally situated for walks to the main city centre andclose to the water bus. The staff were extremely helpful and the roomwas kept clean regularly throughout. - location was wonderful, and the hotel itself and its staff were divine!
