Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Great breakfast. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone. -

Good location, only about 20 min walk to main town and 5 min walk to central train station. Spacious rooms, but lacking proper wardrobe and coat hangers. This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I must say that we liked everything in the hotel/hostel, the friendly staff, the clean and excellent facilities, and the convenient location. We enjoyed every minute stay there. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help. I won't hesitate to recommend the hotel to any travelers who happen to trave

The proprietors thought of every detail, from house slippers to coffee, complementary sodas in the frig and chocolates for my children, dinner reservations and cabs - they really could not have been more accommodating. The apartments were 200m down from a large supermarket, so cooking in the apartment was made easy. The apartment is not close to the centre of Florence but is easily accessible by bus number 22 from the train station and centre of Florence (about 15-20 mins on the bus). If taking the bus there ring ahead and ask the staff exactly where to get off!
