Claudio, Roberta and Sylvia were amazing, they recommended exceptional restaurants, organized tours and taxis and guided you to the must see sites. The friendliness and the fact that Massimiliano (manager) was so helpful and understanding (grazie!). Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

This is an excellent accommodation on offer, particularly considering the moderate price. I must say that we liked everything in the hotel/hostel, the friendly staff, the clean and excellent facilities, and the convenient location. We enjoyed every minute stay there.
