A most enjoyable b and b, with heating ! Great room, good breakfast in beautiful hall. Will come again (though in the summer it may be too noisy). - The room was splendid and cosy. The staff was very friendly and the environment welcoming - All in all it was a success.

We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. - location was good. The staff was quite friendly and helpful. The location is central, at the edge of the Rialto between the tourist/attractions and quieter neighborhoods. Lots of food/wine shops nearby - pastries, cheese meats, coffee, fish, vegetables. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. We will stay there again on our next visit to Venice. - Beautifull

The hotel is very lovely and comfortable. I went in summer and Venezia
was very very warm. They provided fan in the room but the room is
already in good temperature without the fan. Although the hotel
didn't provide breakfast, they provided kettle,

The location is very good, very close to the bus station and to the railway station, but in a silent small street. (The check in room is only one minutes away).
The receptionist lady was extreemly kind, she gave us a map and offered the walkways by herself (without asking).
There is no breakfast in the price of the room, but in our romm there were: packed bread, marmalade, instant cofee, and tea, which I highly apprecaited.
