I decided on it after weeks of online searching and studying of comments made by guests and we were both thrilled with how it came out to be. It is one of the very few hotels where what you find when you get there is all that the site describes and even better. Due to road closures because of flooding in our area of the USA, we missed our flight to Florence and arrived 2 days late. Our expectations were definitely exceeded! The breakfast was the best we h - This was a super hotel in an awesome location for Florence. The rooms were large by European standards and beautiful. Very clean, quiet, comfortable and well priced. The manager of the day, Sebastian, was beyond helpful and even came to get us when we got lost driving in Florence - so the service was above excellent service. Also the breakfasts were super and were very complete with eggs, bacon, fruit and breads. I absolutely would stay there again!

  We booked a suite, but on viewing the room it was not suitable for us for personal reasons. We mentioned this to the hotel manager who without hesitation offered us another suite which was superb. We cannot praise the staff highley enough for all their help and assistance during our stay. - Completely charming place.
