  Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns.   Location was about 10 mins walk from St. Marks Square. Close yet far enough away from crowds. Rooms were lovely.Ours was small but had view of canal while our friends had a huge room to make up for lack of view, I reckon! Personally, I loved room with a view. Staff very helpful and breakfast very tasty. All in all, great value.

  A very spacious two and a half floor apartment, small equipped kitchenette and nice modern design. Looks old from outside, New and with an excellent condition inside. Even though it's not by any canal, there is a nice Venezian roof view from the top floor, where we stayed. Location is good.
