  The apartment was very well presented and clean and situated in a perfect location for exploring. It was also very close to the water bus and taxi service. The kitchenette was very much appreciated and the plasma screen TVs in each room and well apponted bathroom suite were ideal for an extremely comfortable and relaxing family holiday. The apartment we stayed in was new and very well appointed and was a delight to stay in and we intend to return to this hotel on our next visit to Venice as we all enjoyed it immensely even if Venice flooded slightly while we were there and the restaurant flooded a bit as well it was all in the experience.

  The room was lovely and location couldn't be better. - This hotel is a gem. The room was fantastic, easy walk to San Marco and the staff was lovely. I would highly recommend it. If you are physically impaired, access is difficult as it it on the third floor (only 5 glorious rooms).   Easy and excelent location, simple but enough breakfast, small room but clean and comfortable. - The location was fabulous! I thought the breakfast was good.   First things my friend and me appreciate the best is Elena who is the owner of the apartment. She is very nice and enthusiastic to provide many effective information and help to us. What's more, the location and environment impressed us unexpectedly!
