  Very nice clean room in the center of Venice. We got map and the hotel owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The breakfast was also nice, served in the room: coffee, juice, buns, croissant/muffin, butter, jam, cheese, joghurt. We, two girls, liked the room and service very much and would stay again there. We had very friendly staff who told us where good local restaurants and tourist attractions were. The best thing about this hotel was the location, very close (5 minute walk) from St Mark's Square. Considering this, the price per night was also pretty good value

  We really loved the location in relation to St Marks Square. Also, the wonderful decor and the availability of cooking facilities made this a great stay. Just remember to bring rubber boots, since the courtyard floods at high tide just like St Marks square.   excellent site half way betwee San Marco and The Rialto. Wonderful staff very friendly and helpful. No lift but this was no big deal. Air conditioning was a boon. If you strike Mirelle,Lorenzo,Alexander and Andy you will expirence the A team. Thanks to all - we feel very comfotrtable

  The staff were fantastic: friendly, obliging, and went the extra mile whenever we asked for anything. The hotel is small but our room was quite large. The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel. It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Perfect! - The layout is such that all of our three rooms were a few steps from where the owner or other staff were seated. They were very attentive to our needs, We came in two groups and both needed help finding the place. In both cases the staff found us and guided us to the hotel.
